Do my guests need to install an app?
No. It's a normal web page that opens from a link or by scanning the QR code with the phone camera.
What do you need from me?
Your listing link, a few photos, the Wi-Fi details, check-in steps and your favourite local spots. We ask for anything else.
Can it be on my own domain?
Yes. Your web developer adds one DNS record (for example guide.yourvilla.com) and we take care of the rest, including HTTPS.
Is the door code visible to everyone?
You decide. Sensitive details can be left out of the guide and sent only in your booking messages.
How do changes work?
Send us a message or email with what changed. We update the guide, usually within one working day, at no extra cost.
Can I cancel?
Any time, with no contract. Your guide stays online until the end of the paid month.
Does it connect to my booking system or channel manager?
No, on purpose. The guide works on its own with simple links to your website, email or WhatsApp, so there is nothing to set up or break on your side.
